Day by day, we are trying out different activities because the sun is out more. I really enjoy being outdoors! Lacrosse, and Capture the flag was exciting. Last year I really loved playing capture the flag in the forest however because of the owl habitat we are not able to this year. I wish we could find a place like that to play capture the flag in, its really fun. I found this weeks fitness harder than the usual, the relays were interesting. I realized that I need to sprint more, I have become slower. Today, Running up city hall was difficult since it was uphill and I haven't done the hill run since last year ! P.E is going too fast! its almost summer. The good thing is ,it is sunny which enables us to do more activities outdoors. I will continue to try my best and I anticipate to have a great rest of the semester!

Midways through PE
This weeks highlight was doing the community run, it was very fun. I enjoyed the new route instead of the previous one. I think that this week went by very fast. For the beep test I maintained and got around the same score, I enjoyed doing the partner activity instead of the usual (t-test, sit & reach,etc.)I would really love to improve in the beep test, maybe by eating a good breakfast, so that I have enough energy to run in the morning. However overall, I think I've done fairly well since I tried my hardest.

The Unique Fitness Expierence
This past week, I found the fitness activity on Friday to be very different and unique. I thought it was really fun because there were different aspects to it for instance running two laps with your team , running a lap with your team with the weight, and then moving the tire as quickly as possible. Teamwork and patience was necessary since not every one was able to pick up the pace that others were capable of.
Overall, I personally loved the activity, it reminded me of sports day in elementary school. I would really love to do it once again and add more activities to it like tug of war. Over this past week I believe that, I have worked very hard on the fitness days and non fitness days in the small gym! ![]() |

Term 1 Report Card
From the start of the semester, I know I have improved and my fitness has gotten better. I have made a lot of progress and I have learned a variety of activities for being in good shape. I think my work habit should be a G, since I work very hard during fitness days and non-fitness days as well. I have improved on the beep test for example on the very first beep test I had around 6.5 and the second one I had around 7.4, which I am very proud of. One very important important thing I've learned is stretching before or after an activity which reduces soreness. When I encourage my peers I think it increases the positivity in the class . I personally think that PE is very fun this year and I will continue to stay active inside and outside of school. For my effort and participation I think I would deserve an A. I will continue to try my hardest and I will keep on helping in class for example with the equipment. I love the fact that blogging is like a fitness journal that keeps track of what your doing. It is very easy to see where one is and how one has improved from using blogs.My blog posts are evidence of my improvement and you can see that I think PE is important because I regularly post of my activities. My goal for the end of this semester is to maintain my fitness and improve as much as I can.

My Return to PE
After Springbreak, everyone got back into their old routine. On Tuesday we did the pond run and I tried my best and it was very successful. I was huffing and puffing. Most importantly I think my fitness level didn't go down from the break. On Wednesday I played volleyball and I personally didn't find it fun since there wasn't many people playing. There were four teams of three. On Thursday, I played handball. Surprisingly I was very tired and exhausted at the end of the game. It was very fun and exhausting. My face was red and I worked very hard. On Friday we did the fitness circuit, I think it was very successful since I ran through most of it. I think that most of the other students were very happy and trying their best also. Overall this week was very fun and I had no regrets, I tried my best!
