Choices, and Fitness

Today was choice between volleyball, soccer, and floor hockey. My friends and I were not interested in those activities since they have become very repetitive and we wanted to do something new. So we decided to do yoga in the weight room. We followed the Bob Harper's yoga video. It was a great workout, very intense and difficult. It was sort of like insanity, I enjoyed it a lot. I think by doing yoga, my muscles loosened up. I would say it was sort of like a fitness activity. Yesterday was fitness, we did the beep test I did fairly well. I think I reached my maximum best. I have improved a lot throughout the semester from 6.5 to 7.5's. I've shown leadership skills by helping out and putting the equipment away. I feel like towards the end of the semester, I've made some new friends, which is great! Overall, I think these couple of months in PE have been a lot of fun and I've worked very hard, to my full potential.
