The Vigorous Circuit

I personally think that I've done better from Friday's fitness since when I finished I was out of breath, red and sweaty. I enjoy the fact that fitness is not an individual activity since without friends or peer support to encourage you, its difficult to try your very best! I am going to focus on encouraging my peers to work harder because a few words go along way.
 I think my fitness journey so far, is going great. I liked having "choice" yesterday because I felt in control of my fitness and I also enjoyed choosing what I would like to do, based on who I am. I hope that the weight room tomorrow and Thursday are going to improve my muscular strength( the machines), stability and balance (bosu balls).I think the first few days have went very well and I am excited for more!

  1. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying fitness. Make sure you're recording your fitness scores so you something to compare later in the semester. I thought you did a very good job of keeping a good pace throughout the entire 40 minutes.
