Motivation

The Insanity workout was an accelerated exercise that required lots and lots of energy and effort. Insanity was a new fitness activity for me. In the beginning, I was unclear of what Insanity was. When we started, it seemed fine. Although,when we started the core exercises, the exercises got very difficult. After the talk and motivation given to us by our teachers everyone started to do better. I think self motivation starts from motivation from others. Support given to you by another person makes one more confident. Which enables the person to be self motivated. During the second half, I was very self motivated. At the end of the exercise,  I was sweating from head to toe.I felt fresh all day because of the Insanity workout. Next time I would like to work harder and be more self motivated. I really enjoyed the Intensity exercise,  I would love to do again!
